The chicks have arrived. We have 3 Rhode Island Reds (yellow chicks) and 3 Plymouth Rocks (black chicks). They are currently residing in a rubbermaid bin in the kitchen. One of the chicks hasn't opened one of her eyes, possibly due to other chicks pecking her.
